What is the Transaction Room?

After we have your New Listing Form your Transaction Room is set up. This is where you can manage listing progress, store and access documents, setup tasks, and send automatic notification emails.

A template is provided initially for you to setup and manage your transaction. We use the transaction room to display pictures and listing forms. Your job is to load contracts and task assignments. Your transaction is managed in phases: 

Phase One, we track setup activities and progress. 

Phase Two, after a contract is executed, you setup and edit your critical dates and task assignments to manage your transaction. Tasks trigger email notifications to assist you in managing your transaction.
